The fee that you guys charged me is out of my private account and not out of mine income tax check so are you trying to take money from my income tax check and out of my personal account what is going

No if they charged your account then they won't take it out of your refund when the IRS sends it.

If IRS is taking too long to send your refund.  See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

You should have received 4 emails asking for the fees.  If you don't pay they will debit your account.  You had to agree to it.
