In this instance you should really consult with an income tax professional and/or legal counsel.

What kind of business?  Are you self employed, sole proprietor etc?  Did you set up a LLC, Partnership or corp?  Have you been filing your personal taxes or nothing at all?

 

You better go to a local accountant right away to get caught up.  Especially if you need to file Business taxes.
