Tax Year Prior to 2020: Moved, residency

I moved to oregon but still do not have a drivers liscence in this state but my new employer taxes me based on my current state, do i ut the date i moved even though i dont have the new driverse liscnse?

Yes. You will file a Part-Year tax return for each state based on the date you made the permanent move.  You will want to prepare the state you moved from first, then the Oregon return.  You will allocate the income in the state areas for the amounts earned in each state.  It should be easy to figure that amount since it sounds like you had a new employer when you moved.
