Did you get an email that TurboTax is about to debit your bank account for TurboTax fees, either because the IRS reduced your refund, or the refund has been delayed at the IRS for several weeks?
You need to phone TurboTax Support immediately before it's too late to stop the debit. They initiate the debit process a couple of days prior to the debit.
They are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Sat this week, then Mon-Fri after that.
