STOCK SALE

The data provided by my broker only includes the date of acquisition from the date the stock was transferred from another broker. How do I enter the proper date of acquistion since it looks like only broker data can be entered?

Do you have data from the original broker (or can you get it)?

Otherwise, using the date of acquisition from your current broker, have you held the stock for more than one year? If so, your holding period is long-term and the actual acquisition date (prior to that date) would be largely irrelevant.
