Was notified yesterday that my stimulus check was deposited into a turbo debit card account. I don’t have that card and never used it. I can’t even log into the app or website to report that card lost or stolen. How am I supposed to get my money? I put in forgot my username/password but it makes me verify the card number, which I don’t have. How am I supposed to resolve this issue if I can’t talk to a real person either??? Please help me
- I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login
- I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

If you call the Turbo card 888 number there is a way to order a new card just by providing your social and birthday and confirming your address. It’ll even tell you the balance of the card that is missing. Been trying since yesterday morning to get through on the phone and I finally was able to just now! Go go go! Call!!
