Should I mark yes to "I shared this policy with another taxpayer that is not on my taxes" for 1095-A if I am married filing separately?

We do share a health insurance policy, but are filing separately; unsure if should consider him not on my taxes even though their SSN is listed in my household/dependents.

Yes, if you there is another taxpayer on our 1095-A you shared the policy. Each taxpayer who is on a 1095-A must include the 1095-A information on his tax return.
