Rejected - Penalty

I submitted My California Fed & State last night (4/15) before the deadline. This moprning i received notice that my tax forms were rejected.  I made the necessary corrections (hopefully) and resubmitted., this morning (4/16).

 Will i be penalized since i had to resubmitt after the deadline? Do have to pay another filing fee to TurboTax?

You will not be penalized for fixing and resubmitting your return after the deadline as long as any taxes owed was paid on time.  You do not have to pay another filing fee to resubmit your return.
