I am trying to confirm that my new card has been expedited and I am trying to confirm that with a CSA. But the automated system constantly hangs up when I try to press “0” or it will say that my card is not valid, which I know cause I ordered a new one. BUT it gives me no option to speak with a live AGT. Help PLEAESE, anyone.
