My returns were rejected because of an incorrect AGI number, which i have fixed, however, why am i getting charged double to file???

My returns were rejected because of an incorrect AGI number, which i have fixed, however, why am i getting charged double to file???
Please follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ to contact customer service to request a refund if you were double charged: TurboTax Support.
When you enter your question, be sure to use "billing issues" as your keywords, NOT "Refund".
