My only income is my VA disability compensation as a combat veteran. Can I still file online?

Or do I even need to file with no taxable income? If not, who do I need to contact (where do I go?)

Good news!  If your only income is your non-taxable VA disability, you don't need to file.  Go ahead and take the rest of the night off.  You've earned it!
