My husband and I still married but living separated since 2017 I'm filing taxes as married but separated as a head household and he's filing his taxes as single Will he has problems with that? what kind of problems he will have?

He needs to file as MFS.  Actually you can still file a Joint return if you both agree.  Joint is the best way.  Did his ssn show up on your return at the top?

Thank you for your answer We are not agree to file a joint return.
I descovered his taxes has been as single.No his ssn doesnt show up at the top of my returns.
it must be show up?
He will have troubles?

If you have a qualifying child allowing you to file as Head of Household you need not concern yourself about how he files, but you are correct that he should file as married separately if he does not also have a qualifying child.

Well Im concern because is the father of my daughter And I want warning him he will have troubles if he doesnt know. My question is what problems he would have if continue filing as single.

What problems can he have if he is marred and files as single?  For one, it would be a fraudulent tax return.  At best he would have to pay the back tax plus interest and penalties if and when caught.

Well, his wages could be garnished or his assets seized, impairing his ability to pay Child Support.
