Could you have paid it a different way, perhaps with Direct Pay on the IRS web site?

You can check your complete payment history in your IRS online account.

You were exactly right. I searched my gmail on "EFTPS," and sure enough, three of the four payments showed up. Having read your response, I then searched on "IRS Direct Pay Confirmation of Scheduled Transaction," and BINGO! Thank you SO much.
