You can file a Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation to receive your portion of the tax refund.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for filing a Form 8379 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1910698-how-do-i-file-form-8379-injured-spouse-allocation
