I had money deposited from my Uber job last night... Onto this turbo tax card right? Needed gas... Couldn't get any because the card was declined because it only had .37 cents to it. Yet I call the card itself and it said that my balance was $122.08. So I check it again when I got up, only to hear it only had .37 cents. Soooo.... What happened to my money? And how come I can't get a hold of anyone from either numbers? You know? Like an actual person! This cost me money last night and it will cost me today as well. Because I can't get a hold of one damn single person to talk to. When it comes to my hard earned money, yeah I take it personal. So fed up!!! I'mma shut down this card for good, never use turbo tax nor their services anymore and let the world know wtf happened. Ridiculous!!! Good way to lose customers. Hire yourselves some actual people and then maybe we'll talk.

Sincerely, an angry customer who is fed up talking to machines. I give Turbo customer service and flat out  ZERO!!! Thumbs down.

You have to talk with the issuer of the card, not Turbotax.
