If I live in Dallas, TX but for work travel to Chicago, IL every Monday and comes back to Dallas, TX on same week Thursday, do I need to pay any tax for Chicago, IL?

Yes, you do. Like other states, Illinois taxes non-residents on income earned from work actually (physically) performed in Illinois.
