I tried to file an extension last night but it did not work. I don't think I will owe money but I need my health care information. I do not have it yet. What should I do?

Technically, if you are due a refund, you don't need to file an extension.  I recommend filing as soon as you possibly can to keep interest and penalties to a minimum in case you end up with a balance due.  Other than that, there is really nothing you can do since your extension didn't work.
