I paid to have live help but I don't seem to be getting it. Where is it?

You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.

Yes, i paid for it.  I have "expert help" buttpn in upper right.  But all it does is allow me to post questions here.  It says "talk to a live person" but there is no option to actually select it.  I feel ripped off

Ugh.  I have a friend who passrd away on friday and i was asked to help with his taxes.  I need to file an extension.  I was told that the due date was today.  Apparently not true

Actually, the due date for an extension was yesterday (April 15). But there is no penalty if there are no taxes due.
I am just a volunteer, but can try to help.
