I paid for my graduate studies in 2024 but my employer did not reimburse me until 2025. Do I include their reimbursement amount for 2024?

No, the reimbursement is taxable (if any, see below) in the year that your received those monies.

Your employer is allowed to pay (or reimburse you) up to $5,250, for tuition, tax free per year.

Any tuition assistance over $5,250 should be included in box 1 of your W-2 as taxable income.
