I have a sum of money on Line 24, Serc 179. I don't know where it came from no do I understand how to get rid of it.

How do i file taxes from 2020? I received the 1040 and 1099 from the irs. Should i have an expert file them for me on TurboTax? Or go to irs.gov to get a pdf form?
