I need to remove a 1098-T from my state return. I have looked and looked and I cannot locate the page in which I can remove

Not sure what you mean ... the 1098-T is used on the federal return to get an education credit.  It is not income on a state return so I am not sure why you think it needs to be removed.   Please give more details and include which state you are talking about.
