I need to mail my Illinois return-it was rejected. I printed the form & it says to sign & date; but there is no spot for that. is there a page missing?

Sign on the bottom of the 2nd page:

Did you perchance only print the "current page," or tell it to print on both sides of the paper?

yes page 2 look below line 39 or step 13
