Simple question, why is it doing this? I even changed my password and it still kept giving me this BS.
"Your information did not match an account on file. Please try again."
This has never happened to me. The only reason I'm so frustrated is the fact that I put all of the right info in, and EVEN DID THE TEXT VERIFICATION so it knows its me.....
Can someone please help lol?

Log out, empty your browser cache. Close the browser and reopen it.
This time open a private window (private browsing, aka incognito mode.)
Go to the TurboTax website and try again.
If problem persists, if you have another browser, see if a different browser makes any difference.
If still not successful, post back, and I'll tell you how to use the Account Recovery tool to see if you can get in, and how to phone Support, if necessary.
