I just set up a payment plan with IRS for state taxes. Will this stop the autopayment for the full amount I selected on turbotax to being with?

begin with*. I would rather do the payment plan than pay the full amount on the due date as originally selected.

You cannot pay state taxes though the IRS. You can only pay your federal taxes through the IRS.
