I just filed my taxes. I owed for federal and was getting a refund for state. It appears that TurboTax applied my state refund to my federal owed balance!!!! Why????

TurboTax never applied you state refund to your Federal tax due. On the recap page, TurboTax is just showing the net refund you are getting from both Federal and State.
