If you filed a joint return, and prepared it correctly by including ALL of your own income and ALL of your wife's income, and all of both spouse's credits, deductions, etc., then you are done. You do not file another return for your spouse. It is all on that ONE return for both of you. Your refund will come in both names. (Or the tax due is due from you as a couple).
