I have downloaded TurboTax 2018 but the screen requesting the authorization key has not appeared. How do I access the downloaded version of the program?

Are you referring to Canadian TurboTax?   If so you are in the wrong place.  This is the USA TurboTax community forum.  The US product does not have a key.
