I have an SSA-W2 for me and my daughter. Am I eligible to file my taxes with Turbo Tax?

Do you have any other income? Social Security on a SSA-1099 is not a W2. If you only get SS you don't have to file a return and it is not taxable. You only enter your SSA on your return. If your daughter needs to file she has to do her own return for it. If you need to enter it....
Enter a SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM or RRB-1099 under
Federal Taxes on the left side or top
Wages and Income
Then scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then the second line - Social Security (SSA-1099. RRB-1099) - click the Start or Revisit button
There is no such thing as an SSA W-2 ... so do you have an SSA-1099 for you and your dependent daughter ?
If so the daughter's SSA income is NOT entered on your tax return. And for ONLY 2021 you can file a tax return to get any stimulus credit you are still owed and possibly the CTC even if you had no earned income. However, if you can be claimed as a dependent on another person's return you cannot file a return of your own and get either of those credits.
And you can use the TT program to file such a return. Last day to efile a 2021 return thru the TT program is 10/17/22.
Do not try to enter your SSA1099 or RR1099RB as a W-2. Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
And your daughter's SSA1099 does not go on YOUR tax return. If Social Security is your daughter's only income then her SSA1099 does not get entered anywhere. You did not mention her age. If she has any other income then her Social Security must be included on her own tax return. If she has over $4300 of income not including the Social Security then we will want to know how old she is to help you determine if she can be claimed as your dependent.
