I got this email "You have a message from Matthew, CPA for 29 years. Sign in to TurboTax to see what Matthew had to say." But I don't see his message. Where is it?

When you log in, do you get a notification of a message?  If so, click on the notification and see if you see the message.

Or try this.  I saw a TurboTax employee tell another user  to do this.

Log into your account, and in the right upper corner of your screen click a red box Expert Help.

In a subsequent window look for "my contact history" and click on it.   Your messages list should appear, and you can click each one to display.
