I filed on 4/15. Return rejected, so I refiled on 4/22. Rejected again. Now I have printed to mail them, the postmark date is saying 4/22. Can I get it changed to 4/15?

Sorry, but you missed the 4/20 deadline to refile a rejected return.
There is no penalty if you are getting a refund.

There was a five day grace period to e-file a return that was rejected on April 15. That period is now over. As SweetieJean said, there is not a penalty if you are getting a refund. If you owe tax due, then you need to file and pay your tax due as soon as possible--expect a bill for some interest/penalty because the return is late.
