How to file a shared allocation 1095-A form after divorce with no income?

My folks got advanced premium tax credit subsidy from Jan2022-Sept2022. My dad is on Medicare and is the recipient on form 1095a and my mom is the only one covered. They got divorced in august 2022 and my mom was no longer eligible under my dads household and she had to sign up for Medicaid as single. My dad only has ssa income and some interest income. If he files single should he do 0 allocation or 100 percent? As far as my mom she has no income and don’t know if she needs to also file a tax return with shared allocation? Only reason they had health market share because my mom doesn’t qualify for medicare yet. Any suggestions on how to file two tax returns with shared allocation after divorce. Does aptc need to be paid back since household income changed?

Since circumstances changed since enrollment, I advise you to contact the Marketplace at
