What tax year are you trying to work on? If you mean a 2023 or earlier year, you cannot use online software now. Online is closed for all past years, so the only way to make changes or add to a return you started for 2023 or earlier is to use the desktop download on a full PC or Mac.
If you mean you began working on a 2024 return and want to continue working on it, you access it by using exactly the same same account and user ID online.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
