We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?

What are you trying to enter manually?

I cleared my cookies and cache. I changed from using Chrome to MS Edge. I still get no option to manually enter my information. The only options I am offered are to connect to my bank, which fails at retrieving the information, or to upload a digital copy, which I am unable to find on my bank's website. You should be able to scroll down to the bottom and see these....

Don't type the bank name or try to import it.
At the bottom pick - Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick - I'll Type it in Myself

@jakejudy01 This screenshot is what I see using the TurboTax online edition and a Chrome web browser.

Form 1098 Manual Entry.JPG

My only other suggestion is to clear your tax return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over.  Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2022 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

@VolvoGirl is correct.  You must select Change How I enter my Form on the prior screen

I am trying to enter the information from my 1098. The only options I get are to retrieve the information from my bank or upload a digital copy. I just spoke with my bank and because I am not signed up for paperless documents, there is no digital copy available. I DO NOT get an option to manually enter the information (please see the Gyazo link I have shared twice). Would I be able to upload a digital photo?
