There is no code. It is a choice you can make when you are in the FILE section. Be aware that choosing to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund means you will pay an extra fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) to have them do that, and that it will take a couple of extra days to receive your refund while the third party bank processes your refund.
