How can I download the software for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes?

Sorry no.  They only sell the last 3 years and soon they will discontinue 2020.  For older returns you have to go somewhere else or get the blank forms from the IRS.   Here is the link to all the prior year IRS forms
