How can I add my 4th estimated tax declaration to the computer line "Income Taxes Paid?"

You'll access that area of your return by typing "estimated tax payments" into the search bar and clicking on the "Jump to" link in the search results, then click "Start/Revisit" next to the estimated payment category you need to enter.  (see sample screenshot below)
