No ... If you choose to mail the return YOU must print, ink sign and put it in the mail ... read the screen instructions ...

Depending on where you are located, the mailing address may be different from the one shown in that example.   It also depends on whether or not a payment is enclosed with the return.

The information should be on your Filing Instructions that print out.

You can also get or verify the mailing address at this IRS page by clicking on your location, then choosing whether or not a payment is enclosed.
