Hellow, I'm trying to find out if i have to efile my state taxes

I am trying to file state taxes for New York for 2017. I am using turbotax software. Do I have to efile (if so, how?) or can I mail the taxes

You can only efile current year returns. 2017 and prior you have to,print and mail.
