Form 9815 does not apply to me. I deleted Form 8915B but it still shows up in the review. How do I "really" delete it?

Follow the steps in the TurboTax FAQs below to delete Form 8915B.  The first FAQ is for the online version.  The second FAQ is for the desktop software.  Click "See entire answer" for the full page views.  Also, make sure you answer no in the personal information section to the question asking if you were affected by any disasters.   Another question appears in the 1099-R section after you enter your tax document.  Make sure you answer no to Was this a qualified disaster distribution?
