FiledFederal Taxes using Turbo Tax Business, I don't think the 1099-NEC forms I created in Turbo Tax got sent to the IRS. How can I upload file to the IRS?

The actual 1099-NEC form does not get uploaded to the IRS, instead the software recreates a version of the 1099-NEC using the information you entered in the system. The IRS will eventually receive a copy of the 1099-NEC from the issuer.

The only way that you can send in a physical copy of the 1099-NEC is by filling your return by mail (not electronically) along with any forms.

I have a TurboTax account associated with my business, but I need to create a new, or 2nd account for my personal use. Where, or how am I able to do this?
