Filed taxes but I’m getting emails about extensions

I e-filed both federal and state (NC) 2023 taxes and I’m getting emails that October 15th is the extension deadline and to file on time to avoid penalties. Why am I getting these?? Thx

Many users have more than one account. Sometimes an "old" account generates marketing emails, since your accounts do not "know" about each other. If you know that you filed and your return was accepted, ignore the emails.
