During installation, my copy of TurboTax Premier failed to extract archive.

The problem is still not resolved.  I Attempted to reinstall, the program and problem still not resolved because Turbo tax unable to find the file. In the Tax year of 2023, I used TurboTax Deluxe and this tax year (2024), I purchased TurboTax Premier. I have been using TurboTax for over thirty years and this is the 1st time I have experienced a problem with the installation of the program.

If you can tell us what error message you receive when trying to install TurboTax, we'll try to help.

If you want to transfer your 2023 return, make sure it's located on your C drive (not in OneDrive or Google Drive).
