Does the CPA's name reviewing my file using Turbo Tax Live Self Employed sign under the paid preparers section?
Most of the time, no. Your return is considered self-prepared and only you sign. And in fact, Turbotax does not allow a paid preparer to sign at all. In some cases, if the Live assistant provides certain kinds of advice or extensively works on your return, they will be required to transfer the return to the ProSeries program and sign it. You will be told if this must happen.
