Solved: Converting to S Corp from LLC

I am currently an LLC for 2019, but starting Jan 1, 2020 it is converted to an S Corp. Do I file a final 1065 for 2019, or do I file a final 1065 in 2020?

Did you file your Form 2553? If so, what did you select as the effective date?

Regardless, you would file a final 1065 for 2019 and an initial 1120-S for 2020.

"Smart Check" is requiring me to change the name of a shareholder on my K-1, but the info is correct. Can I bypass? It's trying to put a full name instead of a SMLLC.
