Hi I'm both going through a divorce this year and moving to California and was wondering how I should change my w4?

If you are divorced at the end of 2024 and do not remarry in 2024, your filing status will be single.
Single is a higher tax bracket as is married filing separately if your divorce is not finalized by the end of 2024.
It doesn't matter about the move to California on your form W4 as Federal taxes are universal. Here is a great tool to use to calculate based on your projected income and filing status:
