Can't Download 2024 on line keep getting bogus internet connection issue

I've always used CD version.  This week trying to download from site onto computer isn't working.  Keeps saying there is an internet failure but there isn't as I can download other things.  I've disabled protection but still nothing works - any ideas?  Purchased through Sams and can't use my license code if I can't download product from site....

A network error when trying to download TurboTax from a vendor link means an issue with your own network between you and where the file you are trying to download is being hosted. Most network errors on files are retry-able, please see if you have the resume/retry button on the download.

You should contact Sam's Club about the link you received.  If you can't resolve this, here's how to Contact TurboTax Support.  They can push you a download link from Intuit.
