I forgot to do my taxes for the year of 2017 and I was wondering if I can still file before the end of the year.

You should file and make payments (if any) as soon as you can in order to minimize interest and penalties. At this point in time, you might need to mail the IRS a paper copy of your return--as opposed to using e-file. The key thing is to file. The IRS will send you a bill in the mail if you owe any interest or penalties.

I have the exact same issue. I paid for the TurboTax service, and now cannot figure out how to file the 2017 taxes.
