Can anyone tell me what pages I need to mail in for my federal return and my state return? My downloaded documents did not come with the instructions printout.

Having to sign up and be notified within 7 days does not help much.  I searched the website already and seen where they posted some people are not getting printed instructions like they should and I also signed up for what you posted.  I really would like to get my taxes mailed out the day I done them and having to wait on a service a paid for to eventually get back to me is not okay.  I just want to make sure I mail out all the correct paperwork before I send it out so there are not any delays.
