Brilliant way to drive away your client base on this product. For those of us who have used TT for 25 years or more, don't want to share all our personal information with some "random employee" that you've hired, don't live in an urban area, don't have a Sam's club, Costco or Staples and don't want to spend hours on a download, we be gone to your competitors. This was the worst decision you ever made and I hope Intuit Stock tanks.
Now I can throw away the years of TT discs I've saved, the "Business", "home & Business" and "deluxe" discs. I guess our years of loyalty to TT mean nothing to the monsters of corporate greed. Good on ya. I am gone and will invest my time working with HR block software, seems they are moving to having tax filing via computer and software and TT is moving to trying to sell us on a tax filing service. I really do hope it fails miserably... Keeping in mind that many people don't even think about filing until the last minute, they will be surprised to find your wonderful new options...
