BUG Report TurboTax Premier 2024

When I try to enter personal property tax for my auto, I get a popup message then am kicked back to the main screen.

The message reads

"Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag"

and

"We recommend you visit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct."

Does anyone know how to fix this?

We are currently looking into this issue.

Please make sure you have run all updates. If this doesn’t solve the issue, then you can switch to form mode and enter the property tax directly on Schedule A. Please make sure you do not select to overwrite anything in form mode.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your return in TurboTax desktop
2. Click on “Forms” icon on the top right to switch to form mode
3. Select “Schedule A’ on he left
4. Enter the amount under “Taxes You Paid”
